Ubedies, why do you make espadrilles? “We like our crafts and it is also a family heritage. Our maternal great-grandfather, Jacinto Plaza, made espadrilles in Baza (Granada), which were sold by our paternal grandfather Pedro Blanco and his uncle Pedro Vera in Úbeda (Jaén). That we continue doing them is a tribute to them. ”
