Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

1.- Conditions

The client has 15 days to return the items he is not satisfied with, starting on the day of the initial transaction. Only items which have not been used can be returned.

If the returned items are damaged or are not the initial bought item, artesaniaconesparto will get in touch with the client in order to solve the problem in a friendly way.

Delivery fees are not refunded unless:

- The client received an item he did not choose by mistake (for example, color, size, model). In that case, we will get in touch as soon as possible to solve it. Thus, the client can ask for a refund or an exchange.

2.- Return Process

All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed directly on the artesaniaconesparto website customer service. To return an item, the client is asked to fill in some information and send it to:

• Order number
• Personal data (telephone number, email address, mailing address)
• Reason for return.

Once the client sends us the information, we will reach him to explain the return process. All items must be returned in perfect condition their original package and labels.
